Steve is also a degreed graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Mine Safety Management and a Certified Mine Safety Professional. With 40 years of experience in Mine Safety Management, Eagle Mine Safety provides Safety Training, Operational Audits, Industrial Hygiene Surveys, Perception Studies, Change Management, Program Development, Citation Litigation & Expert Witness Testimony and more for his clients. Presently, as the President of Eagle Mine Safety, located in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, Mr. Sandbrook is responsible for the development and implementation of safety procedures and policies and training materials with respect to Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) federal regulations. In addition, he currently performs noise, dust (respirable and non respirable), heat stress elimination, ergonomic and process safety surveys for the mining industry. Additionally, Mr. Sandbrook evaluates incidents occurring in surface and underground mining operations to determine the nature and cause of their occurrence. Mr. Sandbrook also specializes in citation litigation and expert witness support.
